Filing an election complaint
- Vote in secret
- Turn in my absentee ballot
- Ask questions or ask for assistance
- Vote, even though he or she was standing in line before the polls closed
- Vote after he or she made a mistake
A voter was unable to vote because he or she wasn't given assistance:
A voter observed:
- Poll workers acting or saying something inappropriate
- The casting of a fraudulent vote
- Inappropriate electioneering or campaigning too close to the polls
State law was violated because:
- His or her voter registration information was altered
- The polling place was not open (either on time or at all)
- Officials neglected to perform their duties
