Filing an election complaint

Vote in secret
Turn in my absentee ballot
Ask questions or ask for assistance
Vote, even though he or she was standing in line before the polls closed
Vote after he or she made a mistake

A voter was unable to vote because he or she wasn't given assistance:

To accommodate his or her disability
In his or her own language

A voter observed:

Poll workers acting or saying something inappropriate
The casting of a fraudulent vote
Inappropriate electioneering or campaigning too close to the polls

State law was violated because:

His or her voter registration information was altered
The polling place was not open (either on time or at all)
Officials neglected to perform their duties
